Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and your concerns. It’s a safe space for you to share at your own pace — no pressure, no judgment.
Yes! We offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for clients located in Virginia. You can attend therapy from the comfort of your home using a phone, tablet, or computer.
We provide individual, couples, family, and child/adolescent therapy. Tiffany integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic techniques, and holistic care tailored to your unique needs.
We do not bill insurance directly but can provide a Super Bill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please check with your provider for out-of-network coverage.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes. Frequency depends on your goals and needs — many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust over time.
Absolutely. Your privacy is protected by law. All communication and records are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with HIPAA.

We work with adults, teens, children (ages 8+), couples, and families. Each session is tailored to meet the emotional and developmental needs of the individual or group.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.
